Welcome to Omnippost. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Omnippost website, dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Omnippost. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you shall not:

Omnippost operates on a credit‑based system. Credits are non‑refundable once purchased, unless required by law. Purchases are processed securely through Paystack. Omnippost reserves the right to change credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
You may earn credits through referrals, promotions, or admin grants. Omnippost does not guarantee the availability or value of any credit balance.
Users can earn commissions by referring new members. Commission is credited only when the referred user makes a qualifying purchase. Omnippost reserves the right to review, reject, or revoke commissions if fraudulent activity is detected.
Withdrawals of referral earnings require a minimum balance of ₦5,000. Withdrawals are processed manually by the admin team and may take up to 5 business days. Omnippost may require identity verification before releasing funds.
All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Service are the property of Omnippost or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using Omnippost, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Omnippost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your actions may cause harm to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
